Testymo has two plans, and both of them are the whole product. Free costs $0 and stays free — no card, no trial clock — with 1 form, 1 widget and 10 testimonials. Team costs $20 per month, flat, for the whole organization: unlimited forms, unlimited widgets, unlimited testimonials and up to 6 people. Nothing is metered by views, impressions or page loads, and nothing is priced per seat — $20 is the bill whether one person uses it or 6 do.

- No card, no clock
- Free is a plan, not a trial. There is no card on file, no countdown and no expiry date on it — and nothing you collect is ever deleted, whatever plan you end up on.
- All 11 widget designs
- Wall, grid, carousel, spotlight, badge, list, single quote and the rest. Not one of them is held back for the paid plan.
- Review and permission
- Every response waits for your approval before it appears anywhere, and each person's answer to the public-use question is filed with their words.
- Custom links
- Your own short link for every form, editable whenever you like — with a warning first, because changing it retires the old one.
The part most pricing pages leave out
What happens at testimonial number 10.
Free includes 10 testimonials, counted across your whole organization and for all time. When you reach 10, your published form stops taking answers: the public link returns a plain 404 — deliberately the same nothing that a form which was never published returns, so a visitor following your link learns nothing about your billing — and any answer that arrives anyway is refused.
That is a real consequence, so here it is in advance rather than in a support reply. What it is not: nothing is deleted, and nothing is unpublished. The form stays exactly as it was; the pause is worked out fresh on every request, so upgrading — or deleting a few responses to get back under the cap — un-pauses the same link in the same instant, with nothing to republish.
Widgets are not affected at all. Testimonials you have already approved keep rendering on your site, at whatever traffic, on whatever plan. The cap is on collecting, never on showing.
Leaving
Downgrading deletes nothing.
Cancel in the app whenever you like — no email to support, no retention call. Team runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the organization is simply Free again.
Everything you made while paying keeps working. Forms and widgets past the Free allowance stay live; creating a new one is what gates. Teammates past the first keep their access; sending a new invitation is what gates. The “Made with Testymo” note comes back, and if you are over the 10-testimonial cap your published forms pause as described above until you are back under it or upgrade again. We email you when a plan ends, with your own numbers in it, so none of this is a surprise either.
The money side
Who charges you, and for what.
Prices are in USD. Stripe is the merchant of record for the Team plan: the charge on your statement comes from Stripe, Stripe registers and remits the sales tax or VAT, and Stripe issues your invoice. Tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm, so the total you approve is the total you pay. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
There are no usage charges of any kind behind the $20 — no per-view metering, no per-submission fee, no overage. Partial months are not prorated; if a charge is our mistake, write to [email protected] and we will refund it. The full wording is in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
